How to request deletion

You may ask Eastarize to delete personal information associated with your tarot service request by following these steps:

1. Open the Instagram conversation with the official Eastarize account used for your reading.
2. Send the message: Data Deletion Request.
3. Include your Instagram username and, if possible, the approximate date of your reading.
4. Reply to any reasonable verification request needed to protect your account from unauthorised deletion.

What will be deleted

After verification, Eastarize will delete or anonymise information associated with the request, including stored service messages, tarot questions, card selections, reading results, and relevant Instagram identifiers, unless retention is required for security, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Completion

We will process verified requests within a reasonable period and send confirmation through the same Instagram conversation when the request has been completed. For more information, read the Eastarize Privacy Policy.
